Dating from the 16th century, The Bell Inn offers the charm of an old coaching inn, coupled with modern first-class facilities. Built around the old courtyard, 22 bedrooms and conference facilities are blended into the ageless stonework. All bedrooms are individually furnished. Each features colour TV, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and en suite bathrooms. Deluxe and 4-poster rooms, both with whirlpool baths, are available for that special break. Our renowned Galleried Restaurant, awarded 1 AA Rosette for excellent cuisine, offers the finest of meals, wines and a service second to none. The 16th century surroundings have made it a favourite with visitors and locals alike. The Village Bar/Bistro serves a wide range of dishes. You can enjoy a light snack or a hearty meal which can be taken by the roaring log fire during the colder months, or outside in the beautiful courtyard during the summer. The conference and banqueting facilities on offer are among the best.
