Open water swimming is one of the fastest growing sports in the country, combining an opportunity to improve fitness with an enjoyment of the outdoors. Whether you are training for a triathalon or just want to take part in an activity which is sociable, as well as good for you, we welcome all swimmers to our regular weekly sessions.
The sessions on our 400 metre course will run every Thursday evening from 5.30pm to 7pm. A shorter course is also available.
Price is £5.50 per session. Swimmers will need to register with NOWCA before arrival at https://nowca.org. Wristbands can be collected from Nene Outdoors at your first session if needed.
Please note we are unable to offer wetsuit hire at this time.
