About

Large hall leading to lounge with electric fire and bay window along end wall overlooking lake, archway to Dining room with table extending to seat 12. French doors leading onto lakeside patio with built in charcoal barbecue, separated from open plan kitchen by breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully fitted with units, has gas range cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and leads into utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra fridge, this leads into large planted orangery which again leads into large double garage with automatic shutter door. Also downstairs are a double bedroom, twin bedded room, family bathroom with bath and walk in shower and substantial cloakroom with toilet and sink. Stairs from the hall lead up to a double or twin bedded room overlooking garden with en-suite shower room and master bedroom with king sized bed, dressing room and large en-suite shower room with wet room walk in shower all overlooking lake.

No smoking. Children welcome but beware of unfenced lake outside. Rowing boat for guest's use. Carp fishing for experienced rods only. Meals available from professional chef if booked in advance.
