Join us for a summer celebration of food and drink at Burghley House, showcasing the best in local and international produce.

Situated in the stunning surroundings of the Chestnut and Stable Courtyards at Burghley House, there will over 45 different exhibitors offering everything from Persian street food to English blueberry wine and goat milk ice cream.

Blue Aurora Wine 

Using traditional grape wine techniques, but pressing solely English Blueberries, grown on our farm on the outskirts of Oundle. Made purely and simply from 100% English blueberries, which are pressed and fermented to create an exquisite range of wines.

At Yau's, it's all about fantastic flavours and quality ingredients. Producers of healthier Oriental sauces from authentic recipes. Our sauces are super easy to use yet can be cooked in different ways to create sophisticated flavours with minimal effort.

Brock & Morten 

Producing the finest cold pressed rapeseed oil. Kate and Ben carefully select only the best quality home grown seed for pressing. Since starting in 2013, several fabulous flavours have been added to the oil range, alongside a mayonnaise range, sauce range, balsamic vinegar and raw honey from the farm.

In a Sticky Pickle

Careful stockmanship and high welfare are hugely important factors in producing really delicious lamb. Her sheep graze on rich pastures around the farm as well as on The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust’s wildflower meadows and grassland, eating a high diversity of grasses and wildflowers. You don’t get this with mass produced lamb and that ensures a fabulous flavour.

New Lodge Farm 

New Lodge Farm has been owned by the Singlehurst family for over 100 years, focusing on cattle and sheep production by using traditional organic methods of farming. New Lodge Farm will be attending with their Hog Roast, which is a firm favourite with everyone at Burghley!
