Peterborough Pride is an annual festival dedicated to the LGBTQIA+ community in Peterborough, organised by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and the values of inclusion. Taking place on Saturday 20th August 2022 as a free event, Peterborough Pride provides a platform to not only raise awareness of our LGBTQIA+ community, but campaigns for a better city that recognises and celebrates difference.
Peterborough Pride will kick off with a parade from Stanley Recreation Ground at 3pm (Stanley Recreation Grounds, Embankment Road, PE1 1EF). This is a chance to walk together as a community, ending at the celebration event at The Green Backyard. Bring your proudest wear, and bring some flower power to the parade!
The parade will lead to the celebration event at The Green Backyard (The Green Backyard, Oundle Road, PE1 1XB), taking place from 3:30pm till 7:30pm all on Saturday 20 August!

With fantastic performances from a range of LGBTQIA+ talent, to youth workshops and community stalls, there will be something for everyone at this year’s Pride. You can checkout the full lineup on our social media channels.
