It's a moment that will go down in history and Queensgate Shopping Centre is inviting visitors to celebrate the King's Coronation and make a 'right Royal pledge'.
On 29 and 30 April and 1 May and again over the Coronation Weekend, a traditional red phone box will be located in North Square , opposite Superdry to step inside, lift the receiver, listen to the message and leave some 'Royally Good Advice', goodwill thoughts and support pledges. After the King's Coronation, the recorded messages will be used to create an inspiring video to provide 'Royally Good Advice' to his Majesty the King in 2023 and beyond.
'TAXI!' hail the very British Black Cab photobooth, climb on board and have a free photo with your friends and family to keep and take home! Then, have a picture with 'the Royal staff', take a selfie and wave your Union Jack in honour of King Charles III.
This Coronation, Queensgate is helping to make memories that will last a lifetime.
Queensgate Shopping Centre is open all weekend including the Bank Holiday Mondays with lots of gifts and treats to help make this a right royal knees up!
Opening times are:
Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 10:30am to 4:30pm and Bank Holiday Monday 10am to 5:30pm.
