A dance workshop celebrating those who want to try something new and feel good within their own bodies through movement hosted by Summer Abraham.
Summer will be teaching participants how to dance and express themselves in heels (or trainers) and learn fabulous choreography in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
Please Note
If participants are not comfortable dancing in heels, they are more than welcome to still participate wearing trainers.
The class is for those aged 18+ and LGBTQIA friendly.
These workshops are for all levels and EVERYONE is welcome.
Before You Arrive
All participants must bring their own heels or trainers. Your heels must be ones that you are comfortable moving in, whether that be a stiletto or block heel.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated.
About Summer
Summer has over 10 years' experience of training, choreographing, performing and teaching. She has achieved many accomplishments including a University Degree in Dance, Agent Representation and has countless projects under her belt.
Currently she strives to provide safe spaces for anyone who is looking to gain confidence, move their bodies, meet new people and bring out their inner sassiness with her support and guidance.
