On Friday 3rd December Peterborough Cathedral is offering the chance to silently dance the night away under the central tower, at the Christmas Silent Disco.
A silent disco is great fun for all ages, with each person having their own set of headphones and a choice of channels. With DJ Steve Walsh on the decks, there will be Christmas pop classics on one channel and favourite dance hits on another. There is plenty of space in the Cathedral to spread out and show off your best dance moves, and Christmas attire is positively encouraged.
This is a great night out for families so all ages are welcome. There will be a tuck shop and drinks will be on sale.
Niki, one of the regulars at the Cathedral’s silent discos, says: “This is a great way to get into the spirit of the season. Everyone has a smile on their face, a tune in their ears and joy in their heart! The best bit is you don’t have to shout over the music!”
