Railworld is a unique experience to discover the development of rail transport and shows how it has evolved through the use miniature models and exhibitions.
Also a great secret! Railworld is also home to the Wildlife HAVEN which is an intriguing and exciting place for everyone to explore and learn about nature and our environment.
This lovely nature reserve has been carefully put together by dedicated volunteers, their hard work and enthusiasm shows through everwhere you look.

Railworld has a large model railway, with hands-on exhibits. We have the unique hover train RTV31, and one of the 1984's Birmingham International Airport Maglevs.
Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnics.

Off the A1139 at jct 5. Follow city centre signs to Boongate roundabout. Follow little puffer white and brown tourist signs into Oundle Road, then follow Railworld's own white and brown signs to Railworld's own car park.

From Peterborough station it is 15 minutes' walk to Railworld. Also Stage coach. Cit 1 bus, every 10 minutes from Queensgate bus station (close to train station) to Cubitt Way Stop on Oundle Road.
