Chadburn House is located in a quiet residential area of north Peterborough just two miles from the city centre. It offers flexible and extremely well-appointed accommodation for up to eight people.

There is a Tesco supermarket within walking distance and a choice of restaurants just a little further afield.

Great care has been taken with the décor of the property to create a relaxing yet stylish experience for our guests.

The property contains four en-suite bedrooms which sleep two people, either in twin or double/king beds. We can also provide a travel cot if you give us 48 hours’ notice. Each bedroom has a smart TV with Netflix and plenty of storage space for your belongings

The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with high quality sanitary ware. We provide you with complimentary toiletries, towels and a hairdryer.

The bedrooms are equipped with a kettle, microwave and small fridge. Or you may choose to use the main kitchen which has more comprehensive facilities. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

There is free superfast wi-fi throughout the house.

Outdoors, you can enjoy the private garden and relax in the garden chairs.

Free public parking is easily available just outside the property.

We adhere to very strict cleaning protocols and have put additional Covid-related measures in place. The property is deep cleaned between stays and we provide you with a range of cleaning products for your continued safety.

Check-in and check-out facilities are fully automated and we are easily contacted via our 24-hour help line.
