We're incredibly excited to welcome chef, food writer and supper club host, Kathy Slack from Gluts & Gluttony, to the farm for a very special 1 day workshop.
Kathy has worked at Daylesford Cookery School, Thyme and even River Cottage but now she's joining us here for a relaxed, fun and inspiring day of cooking organically using the oldest method known to man - the open fire....
earn to bake the best, versatile organic bread dough to make your very own loaf of bread, a pizza base and a flatbread - all from the same batch!
of course, every loaf of freshly baked bread requires freshly made, organic butter so Kathy will be showing us how to make just that: delicious and simple home-made butter
learn the kitchen and cookery secrets of professional chefs
top your freshly made pizza base with your choice of toppings and enjoy the result for lunch straight out of our outdoor wood-fired oven

Our courses are all-inclusive: We'll provide you with organic refreshments, pizza cooked in our outdoor, wood-fired pizza oven and all the materials you'll need. You’ll even leave with your very freshly baked loaf of bread!
