Accommodation consists of 2 doubles and 2 twin bedded rooms (all with private bathrooms), and guests will start to relax and unwind the moment they arrive as we are situated on the edge of the village of Woodnewton, incorporating the Willowbrook River at the bottom of the garden. View the stunning countryside from the welcoming kitchen dining room or lovely garden or from our large conservatory.

After an early evening sit down or shower, you can try one of our lovely village pubs and restaurants that are in every surrounding village to Woodnewton - The White Swan in Woodnewton offers fantastic food, only a 5 minute walk. The Falcon at Fotheringhay (more a restaurant) is 2 miles towards Oundle (home to the famous boarding School), The Crown or The Black Horse in Elton, also only 4 miles away - something for everyone. Even a great coffee house in Oundle known as "BEANS" - well known to all the local fraternity, situated in the centre of Oundle for somewhere to put your feet up after a long day or a long walk, or sit outside in the sunshine.

Places of interest include Fotheringhay Castle (famous for the birth of Richard 111 and the execution of Mary Queen of Scots), Burghley House in Stamford, Rutland Water near Oakham, Rockingham Castle built by William the Conqueror.
