Peterborough has events and festivals taking place all year and February is packed with 3 pages of things to do.
The main highlights for this month are The Sixteen: Bach Magnificat at Peterborough Cathedral on 4th, Mayor’s Charity Valentines Ball at Peterborough Town Hall on 11th, Jimmy Carr: Greatest Hits Tour at The Cresset on 21st and A Royal Air Force Bands Charity Concert on 25th also at Peterborough Cathedral.
Other highlights are Tremendous Tudors Exhibition at Peterborough Museum running throughout the month, Even You Song at Peterborough Cathedral on 16th and for comedy lovers head down to see Jack Whitehall: At Large at Peterborough Arena on 28th.
February’s half-term provides plenty of fun things to keep the young ones busy with Thomas Half Term Specials at Nene Valley Railway 11th-12th, the Art Workshop at Ferry Meadows on 12th, Musical Map and Makes at Peterborough Cathedral on 20th-21st and Storytelling time at Queensgate on 22nd. Why not venture out to Ferry Meadows and join in the fun with a variety of half-term events to choose from.
The Hidden Heritage Tour is the essential guide to Peterborough’s past on the 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th runs from the museum every Saturday afternoon through February, plus the Priestgate Vaults tour will delight history lovers and run most days at 2.30pm.
Other highlights for February include the *daily Guided Tours of Peterborough Cathedral at 11.30am and 2pm.
