Our purpose built suite of 7 meeting rooms offers the user some of the best conference facilities in Cambridgeshire.
With 99 bedrooms, should your event require accommodation, and car parking for over 150 cars, the Premier Inn has a lot to offer Conference and Meeting organisers.

Our meeting room and conference suite has seven purpose built rooms, designed with business in mind.

Our dedicated meeting co-ordinator makes planning your event even easier, and to ensure you have everything you need, we can also provide you with all the necessary stationery items, projector screens, flip chats and overhead projectors. We can also provide LCD projectors at an extra charge.
Fax and photocopying facilities are also available.
Working Lunches.

As part of our great value delegate rates we include a working lunch buffet, with a range of tasty sandwiches, fruit and crisps plus water and fruit juice. Should you require something more substantial, there is also a choice of buffet lunches available. (additional charges apply).

You have a choice of breakout areas, our business lounge in the centre of the conference suite comfortably seats 12, and has two refreshment stations offering unlimited Costa coffee, tea and chilled water.

Alternatively, you can use the hotel lounge, close to our bar, offers extensive seating away from the conference area.
