Situated midway between Peterborough and Spalding, Fen-Acre is a self contained annexe attached to the owners property with its own entrance.

It's all on one level with designated parking directly outside the door.

The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. It has it's own gas central heating, fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and flat screen TV.

Sleeping arrangements are; 1 double bedroom and 1 double metal action sofa bed in the lounge.

The property is non smoking, though smoking is permitted on the decking area.

No pets, guide dogs excepted.
