Papley Farm is in a quiet corner of Northamptonshire. Discover our beautiful county of 'Spires and Squires'. Visit historic Fotheringay, Oundle with its famous school, Rokingham Castle, built by William the Conqueror and explore the Nene Valley.
Over the nearby county boundary are the cathedral cities of Peterborough and Ely, splendid Burghley House at Stamford, Cambridge, the Fens and The East of England Showground. Papley Farm is 1 mile from Lutton village and 3 miles from Warmington - the nearest shop.

When we welcome you to Papley your cottage will have been prepared with everything except your food of course.

The Chestnut Tree sleeps 5 and was built in 1800 of local stone; it is next to our home and has its own entrance and parking area and its own private sun patio overlooking our garden which guests are welcome to share. Inside is a large kitchen/dining room with separate sitting room. Upstairs are a single bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bed room and a bathroom.

The Bungalow sleeps 5 and was built in 1969 as a retirement home it is near the main farm. It has its own garden and parking area. Inside are a large kitchen/diner, sitting room, bathroom and separate WC, a single bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bed room.

Both cottages are non smoking. Sorry no dogs or other pets can be accepted in either cottage.

There are fitted carpets throughout, comfortable furniture, TV's, DVD and free view, modern bathrooms with bath and shower over, fitted kitchens with electric ovens and hobs plus microwave ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, automatic washing machines and tumble dryers - also an outside drying line. Garden furniture on each patio area. Beds are made up for your arrival. Towels are provided for bathroom and kitchen. Ample parking at each cottage. Central heating throughout. The price is inclusive. There are no meters.

Children welcome from any age.

By Road:
From J16 on A1M follow sign to Folksworth then Lutton & follow sign to Papley. At T Junction turn R into farm drive.

From J13 on A14 take A605 to Oundle roundabout - exit R through Polebrook then 2.5 miles to a cross road. Turn L here then R signed Papley. This leads straight into farm drive.

Drive up the farm drive - Past the main Farmhouse - see signs to SLADE HOUSE drive over a cattle grid and follow farm road to SLADE HOUSE - sign on gatepost.
